On April 10, 2024, LHDN made an announcement regarding the availability of the MyInvois Sandbox, a dedicated testing environment aimed at facilitating integration testing for businesses and service providers in Malaysia. This sandbox serves as a pivotal platform for companies to ensure seamless compatibility between their systems and MyInvois, leveraging the power of the Application Programming Interface (API).
Here's what you need to know:
Who Can Access It?
- Pioneering companies leading the implementation of e-invoicing have had access to the MyInvois Sandbox since April 10, 2024.
- Starting from April 22, 2024, access will be extended to other companies and service providers in Malaysia.
How to Gain Access?
- Interested parties, including taxpayers and service providers, are required to apply for a Client ID and Client Secret Key from LHDN via email (sdkmyinvois@hasil.gov.my).
- Essential information to be provided includes:
- Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Business Registration Number
- Company Name
- Company Email
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system utilized: Example: Goldsoft ERP System
