Goldsoft Service Portal is designed to streamline IT request resolution workflow and keeps everyone up-to-date with email notification. Customer able to submit issues easily and get their issues fixed faster.

IT Request Flow:
  1. Open: Customer issue IT request via service portal
  2. Assigned: IT request assigned to appropriate RnD or Support team
  3. WIP: IT request working in progress
  4. Soft Closed: IT request has amended and deployed to test folder
  5. Closed: IT request verified by customer and deployed to live/ System Auto Closed
  6. Waiting: IT request pending for customer confirmation
Remark:
All SOFT CLOSED IT requests with LIVE flag for more than 3 months, system will automatically change to CLOSED status, with effect from 13 May 2019.
